房間衞生間垃圾桶不打掃，洗髮水沐浴露沒有了也不更換，馬桶遙控器都是沒電的，洗衣房沒有洗衣液，送物慢不及時，續住衞生做的亂七八糟，***太垃圾！

潮州近期一直下雨，這家酒店就配了很多雨傘免費給我們使用，前台服務也挺好的，房間也很乾凈，隔音也很不錯，關了窗户根本聽不到外面聲音，這一點是我最喜歡的，還有一樓大廳有陶瓷這些，也很不錯，對我這個外地人來説很新鮮，房間的網絡也很快，每個房間都有獨立WIFI 這點是挺好的

非常滿意，第一次來潮汕旅遊，訂到這家新開的酒店，服務一流，服務員看到客人都會禮貌站起來打招呼，環境真的沒話説，離開景點也不遠6.7公里，還有健身房，床很乾凈就喜歡白白的一看就洗的很乾凈的感覺，還有早餐很豐富，還有新鮮河粉吃，哎呀，很好，特別誇一下5月2.號3號服務枱接待的那位小哥哥，很喜歡，強烈推薦
