The hotel has a beautiful and comfortable environment, especially the lobby which features an impressive tea station perfect for tea and conversation, making it very suitable for business entertaining. The location is also good, and the hotel's name is quite appealing. I'll definitely choose it again next time I'm in Chaozhou!

The room amenities are up to 4-star standards, the service is excellent, and it offers great value for money. I had a very satisfying stay. It's also conveniently located, being close to Hanshan Normal University.

The location is fantastic, right by Guangji Bridge. The value for money is outstanding; for just over 200 RMB, it even includes breakfast. Crucially, the mattress was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a really good night's sleep. Highly recommended.

The room was clean. As we were on a road trip, having free parking available was a huge plus. It's conveniently located near Han Wen Gong Ancestral Temple and Thai Buddhist Temple. Excellent value for money.

Having stayed in numerous hotels, this is by far the worst I've ever encountered. I genuinely believed a 4-diamond hotel wouldn't be that bad, but the reality was utterly disappointing. It felt as if the staff were put to work without any training whatsoever. The service attendants spoke like robots, couldn't answer any questions, and completely lacked basic customer service etiquette or any awareness of serving guests. They were aloof, tight-lipped, and gave off a 'too-cool-to-care' vibe. At one point, I even ran into a woman who appeared to be a manager, laughing loudly and talking boisterously as she walked – completely unprofessional. As for the hotel breakfast, it was simply indescribable. It felt like a 'famine year' spread; the only goal seemed to be to fill your stomach, with endless porridge and coarse grains. The mini-fridge in the room contained just two bottles of the cheapest beverages, and the hand soap dispenser wouldn't dispense anything, no matter how hard I tried. It was a thoroughly dreadful stay – a complete disaster! If only they had invested in professional training for their staff, the experience wouldn't have been this abysmal!

The hotel is conveniently located near Paifang Street, just a few minutes away by taxi, and Kaiyuan Temple is also within walking distance. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The parking lot is small, but its location right behind the hotel makes for very convenient access. Chaozhou Gongfu Tea Experience: Both the hotel rooms and the lobby are equipped with Gongfu tea sets, and Phoenix Dancong tea is provided. Guests have the option to brew it themselves or request a tea master to serve them.

Facilities: Excellent and very new. Cleanliness: Spotless! I even told the cleaning staff it was clean enough, but she clearly has incredibly high standards for herself. Ambiance: Very pleasant, a quiet oasis tucked away in a bustling neighborhood. Service: I was quite annoyed with the room key issue. We were staying for consecutive nights, and after a tiring evening exploring the night market, we returned to our room on the sixth floor only to find the key card wasn't working. I sent my child to the front desk to get it reactivated. She came back saying it was fixed, but it still didn't work. I then had to go down *with* my child myself to the front desk to ensure it was properly reactivated before making another trek back up. It was genuinely exhausting. Suggestion: It's quite inconvenient to have to reactivate the room key at the front desk when extending a stay. Most hotels allow guests to simply continue using their existing key without this extra step. I hope this process can be improved, especially given how busy the elevators already are.
