Excellent! The hotel is right in the heart of the scenic area, making it convenient to go anywhere. The butler service was warm and attentive – highly recommended. It feels incredibly luxurious, a perfect blend of ancient charm and modern comfort. The breakfast was also very distinctive.

The service, location, and dinner were all excellent, significantly enhancing our Chaozhou travel experience! The butler was available almost 24/7, and the hotel's central location on Paifang Street made everything easily accessible. The dinner menu was creative and thoughtful, with great flavors, offering excellent value for money compared to other dining options in the same price range. We'll definitely choose this place again on our next visit to Chaozhou.

This hotel really stands out; I haven't seen decor like this in other cities. The service is excellent. The design, with a lot of glass and mirrors, takes a bit of getting used to, but it offers good privacy. The 'Royal Beef Chaozhou' elements are a nice touch. Overall, it's pretty good. The only downside is that the price is a bit high. The breakfast set is decent, and overall, it's a first-class standard. The location is also excellent.

The toiletries are all Bulgari brand, which is a really nice touch! The room comes with its own oversized private hot tub, and the stone bathtub creates a wonderfully atmospheric vibe – perfect for a relaxing and therapeutic soak before bed. The mini-bar is well-stocked with sodas and mineral water, all complimentary, showing thoughtful attention to detail. The public areas are rich in local cultural heritage. The exhibition hall is filled with vintage overseas Chinese correspondence, showcasing timeless sentiments, and the walls are adorned with local cultural photographs. The dark green art lobby with its sculpted displays is incredibly photogenic. The hotel perfectly blends local history with modern accommodation, allowing you to understand the city's story at every turn. The service is attentive and thoughtful, balancing aesthetics, comfort, and a cultural ambiance. It's my top choice for a trip, highly recommended!

First, let's talk about the location. It's indeed very convenient, right in the heart of the ancient city, making it easy to get anywhere. However, the private hot spring in our room was out of order on the day we stayed. Even after filling it for several hours, the water level only reached about 8cm, so the kids couldn't enjoy it at all. Although the butler had a great attitude, it couldn't make up for us missing out on the hot spring experience. Regarding the complimentary activity, we chose the colored porcelain workshop at 10:30, thinking it was free. When we got there, we were given a bunch of plates and dishes, and after painting 6 of them, we were charged 200. I suggest they stop recommending these paid activities in the future. Not only was it a waste of time, but the experience wasn't good either.

Staying here during the Chinese New Year, and now I'm back to give a well-deserved good review! The hotel is located right on the bustling pedestrian street of the Ancient City Archway Street, making its location superb. It's within walking distance to popular attractions like Guangji Bridge, Kaiyuan Temple, and the foodie haven Xishi Street, which is incredibly convenient. The hotel is small yet beautiful, with exquisite and luxurious decor that's full of design flair. It's truly a designer hotel with artistic taste. What particularly stands out is the butler's thoughtful service. They proactively contacted us before check-in, and after we arrived, they even arranged a Gongfu tea tasting experience. On the night we left, due to temporary road closures for the festival, we needed to take a detour to walk out of the ancient city. The butler actively offered to escort us out. In the end, they even called another female staff member from the hotel, and the two of them drove us and our luggage out of the ancient city on their electric scooters, staying with us until we reached a convenient spot to hail a ride-sharing service. I am extremely satisfied and grateful for the dedicated service from the butler and their colleague! I highly recommend staying at this Imperial Hotel when you visit Chaozhou.

The high price is justified by the excellent location. It's truly superb. To the left, you'll find various top-rated restaurants within walking distance, making it super convenient. To the right are Paifang Street, Guangji Bridge, and Kaiyuan Temple. Downsides: The hotel mattress is quite firm, so if you prefer a soft bed, I wouldn't recommend it. The breakfast seems to offer a lot of choices, but I found it to be just average. For food, I suggest checking reviews on Xiaohongshu and Dianping to avoid bad experiences. Absolutely do not ask the hotel's male manager for recommendations – don't ask me how I know this, ugh! Also, any late-night snack leftovers should be thrown away in the bathroom; otherwise, you'll attract ants.
