Great for relaxing stroll and service provided by staff on duty and support for enquiries

Fresh fruit on arrival and great coffee each morning. We even got a free room upgrade. Very comfortable bed and hi-tech shower - we had a very nice stay.

The stay is at good place, almost middle of the city and very near to most famous tourist area. Good food joints near by. And the bed was very comfortable and cosy. The front desk was friendly and helpful. I recommend this place.

This was probably my favorite hotel during my seven week trip around China. I had the third-floor room with view of the lake and a bathtub in my room. The bed and pillows was extremely comfortable. The hotel provided plenty of bottle water and gave a gift of fruit upon arrival. The price quality ratio was better than expected. The staff were very kind. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Very nice hotel for family on short trip to chaozhou. Friendly and helpful staff. Nearby has eateries. Value for money. Highly recommended for travellers who don't mind walking a little bit. Of course u can use taxi but I preferred to walk

The room is quite big and the bed is wide. We three girls came out to play and lived very comfortably. Moreover, this B&B has an elevator, takeaways can be delivered to the door, and breakfast is also available! The boss is very nice and will recommend delicious food. The location of the hotel is also good, and it is convenient to take a taxi.

The location is a 10-minute walk from the center of the ancient city. The hotel is right by the Chaozhou West Lake. It is on the roadside and you can hear the sound of cars, but it is acceptable. Chaozhou breakfast is included in the morning. The owner is friendly and provides a lot of travel information. He also upgraded my hotel room to a lakeside room that day. It is worth staying again next time I go.

Overall, it's excellent. I feel like this is my go-to hotel for Chaozhou. The front desk was very welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious. The only thing I wasn't used to was the bathtub room I'd booked specifically for relaxation. The front desk said it needed to be covered with plastic for hygiene reasons. After covering it, it was very slippery, a bit dangerous, and not very pleasant to the touch. But overall, it was very good and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is nice, with clean rooms and all the necessary amenities. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is good. If I had to criticize it, it would be the price, which is a bit high for this type of hotel.

The hotel has a good geographical environment. It is quite close to Paifang Street, just a 20-minute walk. Opposite the hotel is West Lake Park. The double bed room has no street view or lake view and looks old. Fortunately, the front desk was very friendly. I asked for the price difference and got a free upgrade to a lake view room. But the problem is that although I can see that the merchant used hollow glass to reduce noise, the noise of motorcycles on the roadside is really loud. Still get woken up in the middle of the night. Also, the hottest water in the bathtub tap is only warm water, and the toothbrush is a bit difficult to use, which can be improved. The overall decoration is OK and pretty. If the weather is good, the lake view and tree shadows are really worth seeing. But the overall price is high, it depends on personal choice.

The homestay is located by the West Lake. It is convenient to get a taxi. It takes about 10 minutes to get to the archway by rickshaw. There is food on the street on the left. We booked a 1.5 tatami double bed, and the elderly and children were quite satisfied with the stay.

Facilities: The water wasn't hot, around 34 degrees Celsius. But since it was summer, it was still okay. The bathroom ceiling was leaking. Cleanliness: Average. Environment: Quiet and comfortable for a restful night. Service: Attentive?
