Extremely satisfied! The room was clean and spacious, and even the first floor was very quiet. They offer complimentary parking for guests. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, and all my friends were equally impressed. Overall, it offered excellent value for money.

Location near pai fang street, walking distance. A lot eating shop. Hotel room clean/ staff helpful and have washing machine & dryer. So convenient.

The room was excellent. The front desk and all the service staff were incredibly friendly and created a very welcoming atmosphere. The room was clean, and both the bedding and bathroom facilities were top-notch. I particularly liked that the bathroom featured a separate wet and dry area. Crucially, its prime location in a bustling downtown area made dining out incredibly convenient, and Paifang Street was also just a short walk away. Overall, I found it to be an outstanding stay!

The room was great – very spacious and impeccably clean. We were impressed by the modern amenities, including robot delivery service and a smart toilet. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful. Its location is excellent too; Chaozhou Ancient City is within walking distance, and for further exploration, electric scooter rentals are conveniently available right outside the door.

I was extremely satisfied with my stay. The room was spotlessly clean and tidy, and the facilities were very comprehensive. It even came with a smart assistant (Xiaodu), which was incredibly convenient. The hotel's location right on the street made it super easy to access everything and get around. The front desk staff, both the young lady and gentleman, were exceptionally warm and welcoming. Overall, a fantastic experience. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

Excellent customers services, all the front desks staffs are warm, friendly and helpful. Really appreciate the complimentary buffet breakfast and fruit box. Thank you for your kind gesture in offering your personal snacks. Many restaurants around the hotel and easy to get didi. Will stay at this hotel if I visit again.

Stayed 3 nights in September during the off-season. Places of attractions due to low visitors were not in operations. So stayed most of the time in the hotel, disappointed. But the service staff in the hotel rendered great hospitality. The room was cleaned and spacious. Excellent place to stay

Hotel is super spacious! Very clean with basic in-room amenities. Other amenities like shavers , ear plugs have to ask from the recep. Hot tea available at the lobby. About 15 mins walking distance to their nearby morning market. It’s quite interesting. Very comfortable stay.

Great hotel stay. They upgrade our room to a spacious room. The room is very comfortable and clean. They also do have self service laundry. I highly recommend this hotel to others.

It’s a well maintained hotel and worth staying. Visited in October 2024 with friends, we booked 3 rooms. And all of us were happy with our rooms. Plus points: - clean spacious room, no smell & ours had a window - water pressure is exceptional - hotel staff was friendly and helpful - near Paifang walking street - about 8 mins stroll but it takes 6 mins ride to Guilin bridge I would recommend my friends to stay here

Hotel location is at least 30 mins away from Chaoshan Station by taxi and about 10-15 mins away from Paifang street on foot. Front desk service was decent, and they allowed us to check in earlier as there are rooms available. Breakfast starts at 7am but was not ready yet when we were there. Food selections are decent enough, but mostly local food. Free use of washing machine/dryer and washing detergent. The only gripe we have was indoor smoking was allowed at the lobby, and the corridors have strong cigarette smells at times. Looks like smoking is allowed in the rooms.

Highly recommend this hotel for stay in 潮州. Hotel is also conveniently located near key attractions and eateries such as 牌坊街 and 广济桥. Just a short walking distance to these places. Service is excellent with good understanding and flexibility to cater to customer needs. Its newly renovated in 2023 so all facilities are excellent in terms of functionality, design and cleanliness. Parking is free and easy for hotel guests. Right in front of the hotel entrance.
