i was ok the shower water very poor lite in shower not very bright all and all it was good

Sub par for the brand. I had a procedure at UNC hospital. I requested a quiet room. Was put on the 3rd floor quite far from the elevator. Very hard to walk that distance while feeling ill. The room was clean but very worn and the halls smell of fried food. Like a cafeteria. The bed was so insanely hard and uncomfortable. The couch was a brick with hard pillows. Absolutely no comfort at all. The man at the front desk was extremely pleasant and the only thing positive sbout the stay. I’ve stayed at Marriot before and this was very sub par. When we return to the hospital we will be selecting another hotel.

What makes this hotel so special is the staff. From the moment you enter the door Jerry greets you and treats you as though you have entered a five star resort. I did encounter some problems with noise and he took care of the it immediately and professionally. I also ordered room service and it was delivered quickly and the food was very good. The staff here is amazing. But again, I must say Jerry is one of the best I’ve ever meet in this business!

Good Stuff Pretty campus, good service. Set off from the main drag, a lovely place to stay in Chapel Hill.
