Does what it says on the tin! Handy when you are travelling. Got the last room. And no issues. There are restaurants over the road but they close rather early.

This did what it said on the tin, we had taken their very last room without booking, staff were very helpful. The breakfast was really good, far better than the 5 star we stayed in , in the Lando. Was easy to find, and we slept well...

I changed my booking from Valence to Clermont Ferrand North as this hotel was now nearer my route to Dieppe. I was very surprised how good the staff were in the hotel. I arrived late and all was sorted at the desk in the IBIS next door. The room was very comfortable and quiet and very clean. I requested Gluten Free breakfast and the bread was ready and waiting for me. The breakfast was excellent and have had far worse in very expensive hotels. As a budget hotel thos one is very difficult to beat.

The services paid did not correspond to the expected services: - no hot water, - quality stone pillows _ televisions, but no remote control to turn them on The only response from the person at reception was 'ah good', and went back to empty his dishwasher... No excuses, which seems to me to be a minimum. Not to mention the crying of a baby all night long, a room which was very far from ours, but no sound insulation in this hotel. I'm used to Accor group hotels, and this is the first time I've been disappointed.

When you arrive at reception, you have to go to the ibis to get your key. Not very practical with your luggage. Clean room, suitable bedding, blackout blind allowing light to pass through. Very narrow toilet. The sink is in the bedroom. The shower is not very large, when you take your shower you flood the room since the door does not go down and there is no seal. The breakfast is very correct, it's just the room which is small and no privacy to talk about the table. Friendliness not met in the morning at 6:30 a.m. by the staff. Very narrow parking space

Very, very disappointed, already on arrival no one at reception, obliged to go to the other Ibis located next door to get our room, the room, then there no bathroom contrary to what is announced in the presentation, a sink directly in the room, the shower, a storage room opening into the room with a simple glass wall..... Only one bath towel, we had to ask for a second towel and a shower mat ... Lamentable for €105 per night..... Very bad experience... never again......
