We were welcomed by James and shown to our room. The room was light, airy and welcoming with drinks available in the room. There was an excellent range of choices for breakfast. Hot and cold options. We opted for a cooked breakfast with fruit juice, tea, coffee and toast. It was freshly cooked and the sausages were very tasty. The bread for the toast and the jams were homemade and the sausage and bacon locally sourced. Katherine advised that they would pop in to the room and refresh the filtered water and drink supplies when I mentioned we needed more milk. We stayed for two nights and would happily have stayed have stayed longer as James and Katherine made us feel so welcome. We have family in Chard and will stay here again when we visit.

Very friendly hosts, exceptional warmth and attention to detail. Very personal service nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was very good. Would highly recommend. Our stay was lovely thank you both.

Clean & cosy room - warm too. Bathroom was snug, but adequate.
Staff were really helpful about the area.

A lovely little B&B with a homely feel. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely and service great. The bed was very comfy and we slept very well. Rooms are very well presented and perfect for our stay. Situated in town and very close to the shops, including a Sainsburys nearby.

Katherine and James are very friendly and thoughtful hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were provided with all you could need including a multi usb charging plug, torch, hairdryer, kettle etc. such a nice comfy place to chill.

Nice clean accommodation with very welcoming owners. Well positioned on the high street.on street parking. comfortable room with tea and coffee tray. Good breakfast served by the owner. Would stay again if in the area.

Ii had a Lovely stay. Quiet room, beautifully decorated. comfortable bed, very clean. Facilities were great. The owners are so friendly and accommodating. They go above and beyond. Breakfast was excellent

James and Catherine were excellent hosts; organized, friendly, helpful. The property is old as one can see and the rooms are cosy in size but contain all the amenities one needs. The breakfasts are wonderful and food allergies are catered for. Dining options are within comfortable walking distance. Parking is on the street outside and should be available nearby. We had a most enjoyable stay.
