Very bad experience with this hotel. We booked our room which breakfast was not included. Only one adult and one child took breakfast and the staff confirmed 3 times with us that the child can eat breakfast free of charge ( they checked with us the child age already). The staff has confirmed us the total amount to be deducted from the deposit (ie tax plus one adult breakfast) when we checked out, but they finally deducted tax plus 3 adult breakfasts from the deposit after we left the hotel. Despite we went back to the hotel to complain in person, the staff just asked us to write an email to complain but no further reply on the result until now.

This hotel offers great value for money in Paris's 12th arrondissement. It's about a 30-40 minute metro ride to the city center, and the metro station is right outside the door. There's also a supermarket nearby, which is very convenient, haha!

They offer lemon water downstairs and there&#39;s a small football toy to play in the hall. The breakfast is free for kids, although it&#39;s not a wide range. There&#39;s a supermarket and a fruit shop nearby. There&#39;s a metro station close, which costs only 2 min by walk.
