Cutest Bed and Breakfast
Southern hospitality at its finest. I have been to Charleston several times and never knew this house was here. This was by far the nicest bunch of ladies who went of there way to make sure everyone is comfortable.

Best stay in Charleston
I will recommend this charming Inn to anyone visiting Charleston,. It is at the center of the main streets and walkable to all points of interest. The staff are exceptional. There is a tea time each day with beverages, snack, and wine. Each morning a delicious breakfast is served.
It is refreshing to stay at a place in which the parking and breakfast are included.

Room was nicely decorated. In-room spa did not work. A/C controls was shared between two client rooms. Breakfast is ok; saves about $60 per day compared to going out for breakfast! Only two parking space on property and one of those is used by innkeeper. Be careful where you park on the street due to restrictions. Great location for hop-on-hop off trolly.

The property was lovely from the outside and inside. A traditional period house. The staff were very good and welcoming. The issue we had was with our room. None of the windows could open and there was a weird sour smell. The room was clean enough apart from the bathroom and toilet room which were in need of refurbishment. Wallpaper falling down, look to be mould on the roof, the toilet seat was peeling and taps damaged and worn down. You did not want to go in there! It was very disappointing as the main room and rest of the hotel was fine. Breakfast was very good. Good car parking outback
