Awful! Worst 4 star hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff was unfriendly. The management was the worst. The rooms were like a motel 6 and on top of that it’s *******! No microwave, no room service, no refrigerator! I honestly have nothing nice to say about the management.

The Mills house was so charming. It felt grand at every turn. Having access to the 2nd floor balcony outside of our room was a pleasant surprise. Beds and linens were super comfortable. Will definitely come back again.

We enjoyed our stay while dropping our son off at College. The rooms are smaller than they appear and the pool was a bit dirty but not overly crowded which was nice. Rooms where clean and location was excellent.

We absolutely loved staying at Mills House! The staff was amazing. There were nice amenities like a coffee shop, restaurant and a very nice pool bar! We will definitely be back!

Property was lovely and well situated in the heart of Historic District. Love everything about the hotel. The only issue was that the front desk was not very helpful when we inquired about certain sites to visit, places to eat and available tours. Perhaps there should be a concierge separate from the front desk.

Absolutely loved our stay at Mills House. It's in a great location and makes walking to the market, for a carriage ride, the pineapple fountain, rainbow row, King street and everything else we came to do so easy! The staff is wonderful!! Especially the night crew ! Alex was just so warm and welcoming when we would come back each night. Dwight the manager was extremely helpful with questions and made check out easy. The Black Door Café was great for coffee in the morning and although the weather was overcast during our stay we did get a few peaks of sun and enjoyed the 2nd floor patio, bar and pool area. The complimentary champagne was a pleasant surprise when we came back from a day out and about too. The Rebecca Illustrated store is just so special and has has the cutest everything pink inside!!! I would highly recommend Mills House.
