HIlton Garden Inn Charleston Waterfront/Downtown

Was really tired beds  seemed to be hard not trying to complain but two nights at holiday inn bed was great

The AC wasn’t working so we moved to a different room. The heat had been on in that room and it took hours to cool off some- still didn’t cool properly. We were staying there in order to be close to MUSC for morning surgery. The microwave was filthy. I won’t stay there again and don’t recommend.

Clean and quiet rooms, the staff was amazing, the location was good, food was good, and had a few drinks at the bar which was pleasant. Bartender was nice and made some good small talk.

This hotel sits on the waterfront in Charleston and has a lovely roof bar. It’s @ 1-2 miles from downtown. We loved staying here.

Great stay, one item that would make it better is adding yoga mats or stretch mats to the gym. There was only 1 available and someone was using it. That is an inexpensive item to add multiple of and make them accessible hanging on the wall or near towel area for easy access for everyone.

My wife and I enjoyed the stay at the Hotel. Everything was great, as expected.

Overall very good. The only confusion I had was that I prepaid for breakfast and didn't tell them at the breakfast nor was I asked if it was prepaid.Thankfully, I confirmed at checkout and they refunded my breakfast charges. Had I not done this I would have double paid for breakfast. The breakfast was very good and thankfully NOT a buffet but fresh to order. My kids loved it.

Room was spotless and clean and we were able to check in early. The staff was extrememly pleasant.

The room was clean and staff was friendly. But the pillows in the room need to be addressed immediately as they are extremely soft.
