We absolutely LOVE this hotel!! The views are unbeatable, the location couldn’t be better, staff is kind, the list goes on. We checked in really late (honestly 4am Wednesday when we were supposed to be there the night before, but no one seemed annoyed and the staff was WONDERFUL.) I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. I included a picture from the bed of the sunrise!!

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It is a decent sized hotel with around 20 floors. The building and parking garage are shared with a bank and the hotel’s restaurants. The view from my room was cool. Location is good in the uptown area of Charlotte. I recommend this hotel.

The property was walkable for breakfast/lunch/dinner. In addition, there is full service restaurant on the premises if you chose to not walk. Could walk to the Spectrum which was a plus. However, if you chose to explore, there is a train stop directly across the street. Overall, great experience and I would patronize again.

This Hilton is very close to NASCAR Hall of Fame and was a very nice property. Only problem was getting to the different levels of the parking garage. Beside that we would stay again.

The bed was absolutely horrible. Dip in middle.

I stayed in Charlotte for the acc championship game. My room was 1209. Each night i was there it was s horrible drilling humming noise super loud i just wanted sleep and received terrible customer service I deserve a full refund for my stay i was not able to get any sleep and had a 8hr rode trip

I only thing I can think of was the elevators wasn't available during peak times. Other than that, great visit.
