I’ve stayed here a few times and it was pretty decent some regular hiccups here and there but this black mold issue is a bigger deal than I thought

Loved this place but you do get what you pay for place can get loud ceilings leak and smells like cigarettes

The staff was amazing! They helped me with my reservation that had been canceled however the carpet had stains, room tile and tub is outdated and not falling apart. It had a smell to it. The toilet and everything around had rust.

Quick overnight ONLY This hotel would be find for an overnight but for a couple day stay it was awful. The sign on the mirror in the bathroom states that sheets and towels are changed daily so we left the towels wet on the floor in a pile. Come back after a day out the beds were not made and the towels were still wet on the floor and now smelly. I went to the front desk and they said room service was only Mon, wed and fri and you had to request it. Would have been really nice to know on check in. So I asked for more towels because ours were still wet and they said they were out for the day and we would have to come back in the morning. The next day sat down for breakfast and opened the milk and it was chunky and gross. Turns out it was expired 3 days ago. To add to all of this the hotel stunk of **** everywhere and everything was out of order. The ice, vending machines, the wifi and the main elevator all did not work. To be fair the staff was friendly but some major improvements need to be made.

I had an unfortunate experience at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and the beds were comfortable, but unfortunately, everything else was quite disappointing. Some of the sheets had undissolved detergent stains, the elevator was out of service, the pool was closed, the ice vending machines didn’t work, and there was no drinking water available for guests. The overall condition of the facilities is very poor: the toilet kept running and making a terrible noise, and I had to lift the lid and fix it myself to make it stop. The furniture and carpets throughout the building and in the rooms are in very bad condition and not properly cleaned. None of this matched what was advertised on the app.
