Great facility and location. The one way road in front of hotel has been shifted from 3 lanes to 2 and it is really hard for staff to get cars in and out because traffic backs up. A city issue.
The lighting in the rooms is really dim, especially at night.
We had a great visit, though, and would definitely come back!!

Our stay at the JW Marriott Charlotte was fantastic! The property is beautifully maintained—very clean, modern, and well-designed. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We arrived early in the morning around 8 AM, and to our surprise and appreciation, they allowed us to check in right away. That kind of service really made a difference after a long trip. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and top-tier hospitality in Charlotte!

Great location to be able to walk to the Nascar museum, parks, and great restaurants. There was a half eaten piece of bread from the previous guest under the nightstand.

We were in town for one evening and very much enjoyed our stay. Our check-in from valet parking until we entered our room was seamless. Room was spotless, bathroom was well appointed. Overall great experience.

This hotel is fabulous. It is a newer hotel so everything is clean, bright and fresh. The service was great. The staff were friendly and professional. The location of the hotel is in the heart of Charlotte and so many good restaurants, bars, and entertainment are easily within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.
