Hotels in University Place, Charlotte

Best place I've stayed in a month. Very comfortable. Staff was very informative and helpful . Checking in and out was a breeze.not to mention they have ice cold drinks by the desk. I'll definitely be back if visiting again.

Overall pretty good I was not a fan of the lack of complementary breakfast. You literally have to pay for everything that’s good I suppose for an overall better hotel everyone knows you get offered complementary breakfast when the hotel is kind of trashy.  this was a Nother hotel previously and it wasn’t a great one. Honestly all they did was slap some paint on it and call it new.

The hotel room is very clean, the room is very spacious because it is a suite, only a few minutes drive from UNCC, the breakfast is not rich but acceptable. The staff at the front desk was very welcoming and felt good value for this price, but at night I felt a lot of people hanging out in the parking lot.

Hotel environment is good, next to the commercial street, eating more convenient, there are also Chinese food (that is, not authentic)! The decoration is a bit old, the room size is OK!

The hotel in the university town is very new, clean and safe, friendly staff, there are many restaurants next to ikea within minutes of driving nearby.

nearby UNCC about 20 mins by walking, and cheaper than other inns. I like it

Wonderful, family owned, comfy place to stay!

It was what I was looking for a safe, nice, quiet, clean place. The breakfast was nice and hot and the area was neat and clean, with staff helping out. I will definitely go back to this hotel if I'm in this area again.
