Hotels in Downtown Charlotte, Charlotte

It’s an obsolete hotel. Standard American breakfast. The room is spacious.., but the bathroom is tiny. The shower was horrible.., and the TV was not turning on. The hotel stays 15-20 minutes by foot to the Spectrum Center (Hornets game). I’d not stay again.

It isn’t just a hotel stay it’s a whole experience! Check in was at their fabulous 13th floor bar and includes a free drink. Gorgeous views I never wanted to leave. Room was just divine and incredibly cozy

The room was spacious and clean, and the concierge gave us cookies when we checked in. There was water tea and coffee complimentary in the room. We were there for a concert at the spectrum center, which is only about a 5 minute walk away. The restaurants and cafes around are all very good as well.

Worst food service I've ever had at a hotel

I stayed here with my family for a three day long vacation. We LOVED it. We needed a pack n play crib for our youngest and they were very accommodating even though we checked in late! Also, they had a fantastic breakfast. Very very clean with the best views!

The Staff's service response is frienadly and fast ! Good breakfast ! Clean Room, Lobby and swimming pool. Good View to NASCAR center. Close to Charlotte CATS center and transit station.

We came to Charlotte for an NBA game and the experience of staying at the Garden Hotel was great! First of all, the location is excellent. The spectral center, science museum, library, hall of fame and other attractions within one kilometer are all within walking distance. Downstairs is a farmer market, , but unfortunately the market only opens on Sunday, and the surrounding area is also very close to the whole food supermarket. You can buy some food back to the hotel for heating. The room has a coffee machine and a microwave. It is smart. If I make a coffee machine, I have to understand the principle. Everything is for me.

Myself and husband along with another couple stayed at the Hampton to attend a concert. Our stay was fine. The hotel had hot water issues but the front desk staff (Tony) took very good care of us. I will stay again as the breakfast ladies were very nice as well

I have already reviewed it. The reason why I separated the two orders was because I was hesitant. Later, I booked it again without thinking too much. The room is really good, but the geographical environment is hard to describe.

Good location, opposite the racing hall of fame, two blocks to the Hornets home. The front desk is welcoming and humorous, and many of the guests are very lively. The hotel offers free drinks in the evening. Breakfast is very rich and very good experience.
