I only came for a mocktail, but it is beautiful here in the garden and what a nice atmosphere. The staff are absolutely amazing and smile all the time and very friendly. I will be back for lunch next time. Thank you to all the staff xx

What a charming hotel. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Even going out of their way to get us a very early check-in because our flight had to be changed (Newark airport). We had a terrace room and it was adorable. The interior design of the room was unique and quirky. The bed was so comfortable as well. The servers at the restaurant were very attentive and kind. We ate there several times and Helena(not sure if I spelled that correctly) took wonderful care of us. Overall a lovely stay and my only regret is that we didn’t stay longer!!

We had the most wonderful roast in the garden today. The Beef roast was the best we have ever had. Service was great and the manager couldn't do enough for us. We will be back enjoying the terrace in the sunshine. A real buzz and awesome ambience on the garden terrace.

We had dinner in the Grosvenor last week and while the starter and main were quite nice, the dessert was most disappointing. We ordered the pavlova and I expected a homemade fully baked pavlova. What arrived was a small bought meringue nest with a dollop of cream and some blackberries - for £10:50! We provided feedback and were given another similar ‘pavlova’ on the house, and this one had more lime on top. I would have expected a proper pavlova for £10:50!

In my view the best hotel and best food experience for miles around. It has become my favourite destination for popping in planned or spontaneously. Great garden space for a coffee, food or a party. The restaurant room is a real treat.

SUCH a beautiful hotel, really delicious food and great drinks too. I have been here a few times, and the staff are always friendly, smiling and the atmosphere's great. There are some garden rooms which look really lovely that I'd love to stay in one day, but haven't yet. The whole hotel is a real hidden gem. Would highly recommend a visit.
