Avoid! Is a SCAM place, not like the photos, not like the description of the room. We flagged and sued to the agency. You need to agree and sign a contract that is in blank, and cannot talk to anyone during the process as is “automatic”. Dirty. Smelly. Pillows and bed unclean and wet. Unhelpful (and unavailable) staff. We left, even if we lose our money, not worthy staying here. To contact the staff, you must go outside, to a phone in the wall, if you use the phone listed you are actually calling that same phone in the wall… Please avoid. Avoid like you would avoid a roach in the street!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent stay from start to finish. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing night. The staff were friendly, professional, and made check-in and check-out quick and easy. The hotel was quiet, the bed was very comfortable, and the location was convenient. I also appreciated the attention to cleanliness and the overall atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free experience.

Good room

For the price and location I don’t understand why people review this place so harshly !! The beds are super comfortable, the kitchen and bathroom facilities are great, there’s a washing machine with a small maiden that you can put on your balcony to dry washing. Only a 20 min walk to the American village, 7 min walk to 7/11 and only 5 mins from the bus stop. Only downsides is the air con is a little noisy but if you have earplugs it honestly isn’t bad. I wouldn’t listen to other reviews as we have found it very reasonable

I really like it here the tub is so nice ~ when you go out it’s near at bus stations also.. the room is comfy and have a big TV 🥰 there’s a mini ref also and microwave and washing machine

Mango Resort was a great find - conveniently located close to Sunabe sea wall, American Village, restaurants etcc at a great price! My double bed room was compact but is cozy and worked great for a solo traveler (refrigerator, kitchenette, hot shower etc) Unit even had a washer/dryer but it was out of service during my stay. Check-in is via call center once you arrive at the property - make sure you have the door code to the building to enter!! Overall, excellent stay and I plan to return 😀

Location is good, just need a real staff.
