It was near to the American village. Very convenient. Great staff. A pity it was on typhoon alert so we didn’t get to do much except for shopping. Very good buffet breakfast!

Good location in Chatan next to the restaurants and shopping. Men's changing area was under maintenance during our stay but they provided alternatives for the same. Room maintenance (water pressure, temperature) needed some attention but comfortable overall. Gym is basic. Good variety / options at breakfast but busy over the weekends (need to plan waiting / breakfast time accordingly). Nightwear is provided (this info is not available online). Service through the hotel is attentive and friendly..

Although the hotel has a great location and beautiful scenery, and the service was satisfactory, the facilities are a bit outdated and should be upgraded.

Room is new clean and spacious. Have laundry room where u can do your laundry. Service is superb. Walking distance to american village. Breakfast spread is good but does not change much between the days.

Basically good hotel. But as the most expensive hotel in this area (except the other hilton hotel), I expected to get more.

An average resort hotel. It's very close to the US military base, so it can be noisy if there are flight training exercises.

The hotel's location is superb, right next to American Village and very close to the beach. The front desk staff were very welcoming and provided great service. The breakfast was also excellent with a wide variety of options. The only downsides were a slightly strange smell in the room and the fact that rooms facing the road could be noisy due to passing traffic.
