There was a bug crawling around on the pillow when I got there. I can’t be certain it was a bedbug but I wasn’t going to risk it. I told the front desk clerk and requested a refund but they would only refund me for the second day of my stay not the first one.

One word that describes my stay here “ phenomenal “ the location is very near to restaurants supermarkets parks , clinics & mall. very convenient and accessible to any transportation. walking distance also to araha beach .

10 minutes walk to American village , there are coffee and convenience stores nearby, the hotel charge extra fee for car Parking 1000¥ /day , there is not watching machine in hotel room, you need to go downstairs for laundry. The front desk services are from 3pm till 12 midnight . Overall good experience.
