We would have rated our stay more highly as the staff were friendly and the location suited us BUT we booked on the basis that the hotel website boasts of an outdoor pool. It does indeed have a pool which looked clean and inviting and the temperature outside was 29 BUT it was not yet June so despite it being very hot and a three day holiday weekend in France 27th to 29th May it was not available. Needless to say there is no mention of that on the website so don't believe what you read. Ibis should know better and be more adaptable - it's not rocket science.

At this Hotel you Will always feel welcome. The reception welcome you and you feel at Home and vers welcome . The restaurant is workshop class . . I’m looking forward to dinner when I arrive … and in the morning a great breakfast … In the summer time the pool is a good place to relax .. And Chalon Sur Saône is in the heart of some of the world best wine producers ..

C'est pas le meilleur Ibis de France,... Il mériterait une bonne modernisation.Les chambres sont petites, très très mal insonorisées... On a l'impression que la fenêtre est ouverte...le petit déjeuner est cher 14€ par personne... Heureusement L'équipe est accueillante et disponible

Je parle du restaurant car nous avions une réunion dans une de leur salle climatisée, au top. Par contre la restauration pas très gustative et le sourire des serveurs dans les chaussettes. 8€ un kir ( petit) et loin d'être frais. Le dessert était sec et pas frais non plus. Je ne mettrai plus jamais les pieds pour y manger.

Hôtel bien entretenu, avec un accueil et un service parfait. Idéal pour une étape ou petit séjour. Le restaurant est sympa, une carte simple avec des bons produits. La chambre était confortable et très bien entretenue. Le plus une piscine bien entretenue pour se rafraîchir et se détendre.

Excellent accueil et hébergement conforme au standard de l’hôtel. Petit déjeuner satisfaisant. Le choix des pains pourrait comporter un pain complet ou intégral. Personnel agréable et réactif. Établissement à recommander sans réserve.

Een kleine kamer, vuil lag nog in de hoek van de kamer. Geen koffie/thee mogelijkheid alleen 2 papieren bekers Geen koelkast . 2 kleine handdoeken voor 2 personen. Ben bij de receptie handdoeken gaan zodat je kon douche Komen nooit meet terug. Gaan weer naar B&B hotels. Voor mij geen 3 sterren voor de kamers.

Les chambres ne sont pas du niveau d’un ibis rouge! Vétuste… quand nous sommes platinium chez accor, la réception ne semble pas savoir à quoi cela correspond. Ils demandent emprunte de la cb quand le règlement est déjà effectué ?? Une ambiance pas très courtoise, même à la partie restaurant.
