The hotel owner is very friendly. After changing rooms due to special reasons, the experience was great. The indoor facilities were very clean, the surrounding air was fresh, and there were many restaurants and convenience stores. And it is very close to Thames Grove Conservation Area (city park name), making fishing very convenient.

The property is run down and not clean. The room was very small with bed against wall no room. Bathroom was not clean. Not recommended

It was a new building. No manual locks on doors, one of the lights were flickering, pillows are old, towels have black marks, customer service was lacking - different dialect in front of the guest which was unprofessional.

Room was pretty dirty, sheet had a big yellow stain, floor had crud on it, cobwebs in bathroom. Otherwise the beds were comfy and staff were friendly and accommodating.

We were on a work related trip with a limited budget. We decided on this location based on fair reviews and good price. Upon arriving the smell in the room was awful. The bathroom was very dirty. There was human body hair on the sheets. This gave us reason to remove the sheet to check for possible bed bugs. We did not find any bugs but we did uncover an extremely stained mattress that looked like it was pulled out of a dumpster. Outside of the building there was old furniture and garbage bags. Unsalted walkways. We left to find another location for our stay.

I booked a room with a double bed but was given a queen size bed with no up charge which was nice. It is actually a decent place to stay, we’ve stayed here a few times and have nothing bad to say really. I mean the rooms are a little out dated, but comfortable. The price point is excellent. It’s fairly quiet. We stayed on one of the coldest nights of the year and the heater had trouble keeping up, it was a bit chilly in our room but the bathroom was COLD. We had our own extra blankets to give us extra warmth.
One thing I did notice is the bedspread has something wiped on it, it appeared that it was dirty and needed to be washed and under the bed hasn’t been swept in a very long time, I noticed when we were looking for an item we thought it may have fallen under the bed.
