I love this hotel! Two restaurants with superb food, great staff and a wonderful location. The rooms are spacious and super clean. The host and waiter we had at the rooftop restaurant was They are pet friendly but there is a charge for pets.

The hotel was much bigger than I expected and the facilities were good. The staff were all friendly. Due to my travel schedule, I ended up just sleeping, so I regretted not being able to use the pool, bar, etc. I would like to use it again next time I go to Chattanooga.

I stayed here with my boyfriend for a long weekend. We had such a great time in Chattanooga. We visited the aquarium, rock city, and the military park. We did some hiking as well. So many fun things to do.
Choosing this hotel was a good decision. It’s very close to the aquarium. Lots of restaurants and the hotel restaurant as well as the rooftop bar had delicious food. We arrived early on the first day, around 1 o’clock and check-in wasn’t until four. The front desk staff did not make us feel like we were a pain. They just had no trouble at all getting us into a room. I really appreciated that. The valet guys out front were super friendly and helpful. The parking garage if you don’t want to use the valet is conveniently right there next to the hotel. We didn’t have any problems with parking our vehicle and it staying safe while we were there.
We could see Lookout Mountain from our hotel room window. The room was clean. Honestly, I was very happy with choosing this hotel.
The only thing that keeps me from giving it five stars is there were a couple of inconveniences, but they weren’t that big of a deal. The platform bed is extremely comfortable, however, the mattress slides. So by morning, my side of the bed would be a foot over the support frame so if I got too close to the end of the bed, it felt like I would fall off. They didn’t clean the room during our stay and gave us no fresh towels. We had to ask for some. Minor issue. I would definitely stay here again.
