I find it unacceptable that during a three-night stay at your property in Luzarches, the room was not cleaned even once. We arrived on Sunday afternoon and immediately paid the bill. On Monday, when we returned in the evening, the room was as it was left in the morning. When we complained to reception, they told us that the rooms were cleaned every two days, something that had never happened in previous years. We have been frequenting this property for over 10 years, first as a Campanile and now as a Kyriad. Today, Tuesday, when we returned, the same situation: the room had not been cleaned. We stayed 3 nights in this hotel and NEVER our room was cleaned, the towels changed!!! This is SCANDALOUS and UNACCEPTABLE considering the price paid!!! If this is the policy of the KYRIAD chain, it's not the hotel business, it's theft!!!

Hygiène correct. Très mauvais rapport qualité/prix. Présence d'une bouilloire dans la chambre mais sans gobelet, sans thé ou café instantané. Y a t il une utilité? Pas de miroir dans la chambre, seulement dans la salle de bain, mais pas de prise électrique dans la salle de bain (pour votre rasoir ou sèche-cheveux). Le séchoir à cheveux est un décapeur thermique ! rien de tel pour se griller les cheveux. Mesdames, changez de salon si vous désirez vous faire une mise en beauté!

Fuyez cet hôtel qui est insalubre ! Douche et WC moisie qui ne donne absolument pas envie de se laver. Moquette sale. Tv ne fonctionne pas. Literie catastrophique. Parking non surveillé. Petit déjeuner très limiter et trop chère pour les services proposer. Séjour annulé au bout d’une nuit.
