It's really great. The lady at the front desk is really welcoming. The facilities in the house are super complete. Stay before going to the volcano. It's not far to drive for an hour

The price/performance ratio is beyond imagination. The hygiene is very clean. The shampoo and shower gel are disposable. The front desk is very enthusiastic and greets you when you go out and come back. It is a very good hotel. I will stay here next time.

第一次住到有蟲子的房間，衞生間地面和床旁邊的縫隙裏都有黑色的爬蟲，孩子也不敢睡覺，打電話給前台，前台説草原都有這種蟲子，可我住的是鎮上，不是草原。想換房間，又説其他房間也一樣，之前住在草原的民宿也沒有這種蟲子。服務也不太好，打電話要紙巾，對面説“怎麼又要啊”，但我是第一次要，可能記錯了吧，但即便客人要兩次紙，不是也應該提供嗎？除了房間大，服務真的不值這個價格

酒店非常的新，房間很大，設施齊全，但是有些衞生細節需要提高，譬如衞生間可能因為通風不夠的原因，剛入住打開衞生間一股尿味，還有就是洗澡間的防滑墊應該沒有清洗，粘着黃色的不知道是什麼東西在上面。

酒店自駕交通便利，門口隨便停車，還有兩個充電樁，電車方便。酒店服務和環境都還是蠻好的，比較安靜，吃飯的話周邊開車出去幾分鐘就是縣城鬧市區，方便吃飯
