Thanks to the front desk guy Mohammed, who upgraded the room for me and my family when it was Chinese New Year, ordered takeout, and provided us with celebratory drinks. The room is warm and comfortable. Although it is raining, the air conditioner can warm the whole room. The breakfast is exquisite and delicious. J’avais réservé une chambre avec une vue sur les montagnes, mais à mon arrivée, on m’a attribué une chambre qui ne correspondait pas du tout à mes attentes. Je pense qu’ils n’ont même pas de chambres avec cette vue, car la mienne avait seulement une petite fenêtre donnant sur une ruelle, avec une odeur désagréable. C’est vraiment décevant et je ne m’attendais pas à cela pour le prix que j’ai payé.

Excellent hotel 5 minutes from the gates of the medina. My bus was late, I warned them, they met me at 11 pm (!), helped me carry my bag, showed me everything, it's amazing! The interior is in Moroccan traditions, even though the owner is Chinese. Simply gorgeous The room is small, but everything you need is there, all the little things of everyday life are thought out. There is no kettle or refrigerator, but I didn't need it. The hotel has a terrace with stunning views. I am absolutely delighted!!!
