Worst guest service experience. I do not recommend it at all, leave a fully PAID reservation. I warned that we would be late because of a wedding, it took us a while to arrive and when we arrived, OH SURPRISE, there was no one at the reception, nor did they answer the doorbell or their phones at the entrance. No instructions for this type of situation. We had to return to Merida and with our money in the hands of the hotel. So far the hotel has not responded to us to clarify why there was no one at the reception and what to do with our money.

They charged us double for breakfast because because no one remembers that we paid, it's obvious that you don't keep a two-centimetre ticket!! There is a time to bathe in the room if you don't bathe on time (6:00-9:00). Yes, on Sundays during vacations they turn off the heater at 9:00 am. Don't leave any hangers on the door, so I have to clean it myself. Why do you have to expressly notify them that they must limit themselves and why they are not in office!!
