We had two wonderful experiences having breakfast here. Sam was very welcoming and tolerant of our group’s many young children. Jo offered poached eggs and delivered them to the table. Making a third trip to ask if the eggs were cooked to our taste. Everything on the side was fully filled up and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for setting our days up so well.

We stayed there for a birthday party in Chelmsford Receptionist was really friendly on check in Room was very clean Bed really comfortable and lovely crisp linen Breakfast very tasty Would definitely stay again if I’m area Bar was open late and staff really friendly considering she was managing reception also.

We got here quite late and the pillows were very soft. When we got to the bathroom the sink was blocked which wasn't very fun. We went to the breakfast and we're blown away by the customer service provided by Jasmine. She is excellent at what she does. We will recommend anyone because of her service.

Good position Easy to park. Near the town centre. Clean reason size room. Quiet at night Tea and coffee in room. Breakfast if wanted. Very helpful staff. Would recommend Rooms are secure and card needed to get in corridors able. Able to leave bags if needed

the front of house staff harry was a perfect gentleman. I was staying with a disabled client ( I'm a carer) . he couldn't have been more helpful . opening doors for us . asking if there was anything he could do to help . a very pleasant young man . I think he made the experience for my client alot more pleasant than she was hoping for

The family room we stayed in was spacious by comparison with others we have stayed in, the room was modern up to date the bathroom was cleans and with a good shower. the new breakfast room was small but very pleasant and well served. A special thanks to Jasmine and the cook Jo!

Really lovely experience as always in a Premier Inn . Very clean and comfy rooms and we had a lovely time. The staff were struggling with the new computer system and there wasn't the same info in the rooms as normal. This is just a small thing. We had a lovely time. Thank you.

Highly recommend this Premier Inn. Very attentive, caring staff. The breakfast was particularly good and the staff couldn't do enough for us. The room we were allocated was very comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

room locks defective, room facilities defective, room not cleaned under the bed as we found rotting food under our bed. despite reporting these early on nothing was attended to. which is a shame as wed have left a glowing review otherwise
