Номера "комфорт" и мебель в них для карликов. Номер прокурен. Кондиционер работал всю ночь - окно не открыть было: шум с проспекта. Вид: НА СТРОЙКУ И СТОЯНКУ ПЕРЕД ВХОДОМ. Одеяло с пятном. На завтраки сосиски и омлет с рисом((( Комплексный ужин когда подали я подумал что его кто-то ел(((. На полу в "ресторане" "Гжель" грязный какой-то ЗЕЛЕНЫЙ С ЦВЕТАМИ палас.

Мы были на соревнованиях в июне 2023 года с сыном. Были в лёгком шоке от гостиницы такого класса. + Хорошее расположение (центр города), панорамный вид из окна,белое постельное белье,неплохой завтрак. - За 5 дней ни разу номер не убрали. Меняли полотенца,выносили мусор,но ковролин в номера так и остался грязный и пыльный(чувствуется ногами даже),в номере и в холле нет кондиционеров (из-за больших окон в +30 невыносимо жарко),в набор НЕ входят тапочки,зубной набор,чай,чайная пара. Нет чайника и СВЧ,можно погреться пищу на 5 этаже в кафе,но приходится что-то там покупать. В целом всё скрашивал только вид из окна,близость к кафе и набережной и приятные администраторы на 1 этаже и официанты на завтраке. Завтрак неплохой,но однообразный очень. В общем если бы выбирали сами,то наверное выбрали бы другой отель.

Лампочка в туалете перегорела, нет ручек в бизнес зале, невкусная еда в буфете и ресторане, потёртая мебель в номерах. Недоброжелательный персонал, не предупредили заранее о дне выселения - пришлось доплачивать. Ужасно

Было в командировке отель понравился. Все в шаговой доступности. Хорошая удобная парковка. Хорошее постельные бельё. Номер чистый, пастельное белье почти новое, кровать удобная,санузел чистый Вежливый персонал, внимательный.
