酒店和維爾納是同一個前台！前台服務比較好！酒店設施不怎麼樣了！空調有一股味道！保證延遲退房至14:00，深夜粥道-晚安粥，晚上21點多就送來了你延遲退房！服務員就不會提前來吵你！

該酒店與維也納酒店共用一個總枱、停車場、早餐，房間設備老舊一點但還算乾淨衞生，停車場在地庫，早餐品種多而且味道不錯，服務態度很好，因和連鎖店共同管理，入住沒問題。

酒店與維也納國際酒店同位，享受維也納酒店的服務，早餐豐富超出預期，地下停車場很大，進出非常方便，各項服務也比較到位。

提前預訂了，然後到入住前的前兩天跟我説我訂的那個房型沒有了，然後給我整別的房型，客服態度還算好，還説要給我送一頓早餐，我就答應了。但是入住的時候根本就沒有早餐，而且辦理入住的時候等了很久，是真的很久。 後面給我安排的那個房間，在他們賓館的最邊上，離居民樓衹有一牆之隔，躺在床上能清楚地聽到旁邊的搓麻將聲音和説話的聲音。賓館安了那種鋼化的擋雨板，下雨的時候發出超大的聲音。根本睡不着。如果是淺睡的人，慎選。 房間衞生的話中規中矩吧，畢竟衹有這個價格。
