The superior family room (for four people) was changed to a double standard room (one large bed and one single bed) during the check-in. They said it was like that. Later, I tried hard (adding 100 yuan) to change it to a double room for four people (one room with two single beds and one large bed). When checking in, the front desk asked the boss, who said Ctrip made a mistake and asked the front desk to discuss with the guests (the result was to add money). (Unhappy).
