If you’re a foreigner traveling to Chengde, I would totally recommend that you stay at this hotel!
The location is great! It’s close to three temples - Puning Temple, Waiba Temple and Putuo Temple. Also, it’s a 15 min walk to the Chengde Museum. By car, it’s about 8 minutes to the Summer Resort (or a 50-minute walk if you like walking 😄).
People are friendly and nice at the hotel. They spoke to me in Chinese, but because I speak Chinese. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a lovely stay, helping me with delivery and buying tickets for the Kangxi Ceremony.
If I go again, I’ll definitely stay there again.

The style of the hotel is nice. The frontdesk has been very helpull for our visit in Chengde. Very clean room. Location is close to touristic places, easy to go everywhere with bikes or quick taxi. Train station is a bit further

Sehr sauberes Hotel in unmittelbarer Nähe von Puning Tempel. Nettes Personal, das leider nur chinesisch spricht. Chinesisches Frühstück nicht für Europäer geeignet. Zimmer sehr modern eingerichtet, leider kein Schrank und kein Safe.
Sehr ruhige Lage in der Nähe von vielen Restaurants und Bäckereien.

衞生不行，才開沒幾年，怎麼就成這樣了，進房間發現枕頭上有白頭髮，衞生間都是水還有頭髮，甚至還有用過的牙刷，看看這個地板縫裡面上都是污漬。不是第一次住了，剛開業時候住過，感覺還可以，停車也方便，這次住完直接不打算再來住了，本來訂了兩天，果斷取消一天，換去了新開的全季。5月3號住的早餐廳陰涼，房間裏也陰涼。前台服務不錯，也就衹剩這一個優點了。

酒店位置方便，去避暑山庄好近。附近也有很多食店。我住酒店7号樓，房間很舒適及整潔，大堂接待员很親切及友善。清潔姐姐也不错。酒店環境也很美觀。唯一缺点就係早歺，素食早歺，食物唔夠熱！
