總體不錯，地方好找，價格也便宜，乾淨，裝修新，門口有停車位，但細微處還有待提升，也是酒店的通病，比如地漏不順暢，沒有拖鞋，洗澡簾子短遮不住水，不隔音等，另外不含早餐。

我們三個人訂了兩間房，一間大床房，一間雙床房，房間不大，衞生乾淨，前台服務也不錯
缺點是：洗澡時水温忽冷忽熱，受不了。房間忘記放抽紙。

房間沒熱水，牆角特別臟，還有蟑螂，衞生間都是味道，洗澡水忽冷忽熱，住過最差的酒店了，最主要是吧枱服務生服務太差，一臉不情願的樣子

房間環境不錯，就是服務態度太差（房間裏不給蓄水 前台開發票 你的自己掃碼 自己添 不管你記得不記得，反正開錯了就是你自己的錯，跟她們沒有關係，反正還爭吵了一番 我説要投訴了，前台服務員説我幫你電腦輸入，最後還是我們自己開的，反正我們是很生氣，不知道是老闆就這樣給她們培訓的嗎？）

沒有想到在承德鷹手營子這樣的地方，有這樣一個小酒店。一切設施齊全完備，實在質樸。房間都是套房。真的很好。衹是早餐時，寶安員在那裡守着一盤煮雞蛋，要求每人限拿一個吃。天啊！太嚇人了！
