在網上看了很久，酒店設施挺不錯的，交通也很便利，酒店前台的服務很熱情，也很貼心，這樣的價格開始還擔心環境不好，真的是出乎意料，真的太讚了。下次來承德還會選擇這個酒店。

住這麼多年酒店 這種奇葩也是第一次遇見 被酒店工作人員惡言相告！
首先第一晚入住找酒店位置 在首頁撥打打電話是其他分店電話 特別不耐煩的讓記下入住酒店電話
重點來了晚上入住 想要加一床被子 前台很強硬的説沒有 我説給個枕頭吧，也沒有屋裡的備用枕頭入圖上漏棉花也沒有枕套簡直無語，衞生更是不想説了，毛巾都沒洗吧？
我團購的是含早餐的 首頁寫着早點到九點 我8:15下樓去吃飯 被告知八點半就要收餐，酒店工作人員原話是 吃就快點下來 我們就是這樣 八點半就收 愛吃不吃的意思 揹着手瞪着眼沖我吼！我被氣的不行我説不吃可以退我費，首頁明確標價20一位，前台説退不了後來聽我説要差評才把餐費退我了
請問有幾家酒店早餐八點半就收了？説説他們的早餐吧 醬豆腐 鹹菜絲 白米飯 白饅頭 炒白菜 粥 重點是就一個熱菜 笑死大牙了什麼好飯八點半得趕緊收走呀！
更噁心的是後來前台怕差評叫餐飲的經理解釋 兩人當著我麪擠眉弄眼的唱雙簧 真可笑 真的使眼色那種把客人當**嗎？

酒店乾淨，上圖，各位看官看圖。前台服務超好，熱心又細心，一級棒。去承德旅遊的朋友我會推薦他們住這家店。白天去避暑山莊玩耍，晚上看康熙大典。這家店離看演出的地方5分鐘的車程。出了酒店門往南走有特色小吃街，還有價格親民的小型菜市場，可以為出門旅行的我們補充新鮮水果。下次去承德我還會住這裏的。

酒店位置挺方便的，距離高速口挺近的，酒店有餐廳，菜的樣式挺豐盛的，小朋友很愛吃。承德的天氣有一點點冷，但是酒店的前台非常熱情、酒店的房間也很温暖。下次來承德還會選擇這個酒店入住！大大的贊
