Later, the girl who picked us up said that the hot spring water release time had been extended for us. The management was a mess. Bad reviews. The restaurant was a little expensive. The hotel is located in the Rehe River Valley Scenic Area, with a beautiful environment and parking; suitable for bringing children; breakfast buffet, Chinese breakfast, and those who like coffee can go to the cup one (coffee shop) next to it, which is a 2-minute walk away. This time I stayed in a vila type, which can accommodate 4 people and is suitable for a family or a confidant.

國內國外那麼多次預訂，第一次評論也是第一次差評。帶娃帶長者出行，攜程上宣傳貼了大大的別墅私湯池，到店前一天微信發了注意事項還提示六點半前每棟送一次免費私湯，壓縮前面行程甚至做好了自費在院子裏泡澡的準備。三點多到店前台説房間內水管子壞了沒法泡！溝通中前台一直強調早就壞了，這個房型很長時間沒法泡了，一副**沒錯衹是你不知道的態度。我就納悶了，既然不是突發的，你為什麼不在攜程上做提示，甚至還衹有這個房型的放了帶私湯池子的照片，而且是第一張照片！為什麼管家聯繫時不説明？如果早知道不能獨立泡是肯定不會來的。明顯誤導！後來發現我是真在意，聯繫了老闆態度才假惺惺緩和，但電話裏還是能聽到她和同事説她來了/她不同意的話，越發惱火。溝通説可以退幾百塊錢但要在攜程上撤銷入住。我不要退錢，發出來起碼讓你把該改的改了別人別再上當受騙。其他的淋浴半天沒熱水，浴池沒吹風機，就門口一條小河溝可以湊合玩玩別的什麼娛樂都沒有，還有各種隱形收費，比如別墅明明帶廚房但自己做飯要收費，衹能在他們餐廳用餐，甚至送房間也要加服務費。（但因為提前告訴了，我都會遵守，也覺得能忍）。這種宣傳和服務態度，帶娃寶媽勸退，其他的請自行判斷吧。如果一直沒發泡澡，趕緊把宣傳都改改，別拍個池子騙人了

環境挺好，衹是季節還沒到夏天，顏色不太好，三餐都在阿媽餐廳吃！手藝不錯！ 有廚房，可以簡單做點飯菜，但是沒有餐具
