Second time staying in this hotel and will definitely stay here again next time I am in Chengde. Location good, near plenty of shops and restaurants and a short taxi or walk to the Summer Palace. Room clean and comfortable. Breakfast reasonable. Staff extremely friendly and helpful.

The hotel is quiet now and the room is very spacious and clean. The location is perfect (right in the city centre). The restaurant is super nice and price is reasonable. Most importantly, very one of the hotel staff we encountered are very friendly and helpful. A quality hotel indeed.

Probably my favorite hotel of the trip, it was the low season and the hotel was pretty empty with staff aplenty hence the excellent service. It was clean and they even had complimentary dessert soup in the evening. Location was reasonable and there were plenty of eateries around. Definitely enjoyed my stay here!

The house keeping services were excellent. Service people on the 10th floor (I stayed on 10th floor) were responsible and friendly. I felt grateful for Ms Hao (郝灵利）, who took care of my cloths cleaning.
Food services were excellent too.

The hotel has good reviews, so I made a reservation. The staff was very kind and enthusiastic. Thank you very much. The hotel facilities are clean and the breakfast is very good. Chengde Mountain Resort is also about 20 minutes walk away. The location is very good. Thanks to the excellent hotel, I returned to Beijing with good memories. I will probably stay in this hotel again when I come to Chengde next time. It was a pleasant experience. There are many delicious and well-priced restaurants around the hotel.
