The hotel is quiet now and the room is very spacious and clean. The location is perfect (right in the city centre). The restaurant is super nice and price is reasonable. Most importantly, very one of the hotel staff we encountered are very friendly and helpful. A quality hotel indeed.

Great location, short drive or 15 minute walk to Summer palace. Close to many restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Hotel is very modern and spotlessly clean. Rooms were very comfortable, although the one I staye din didn't have a fridge. Staff were extremely friendly. Didn't have breakfast but would consider getting it next time as the hotel was so good. Will definitely stay here again!

The house keeping services were excellent. Service people on the 10th floor (I stayed on 10th floor) were responsible and friendly. I felt grateful for Ms Hao (郝灵利）, who took care of my cloths cleaning.
Food services were excellent too.

Clean, spacious rooms. Decent breakfast. Good location within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Just a short and cheap taxi ride to all the sites. Would recommend!

But the variety is rich and the taste is good. All in all, I was very satisfied with my stay this time! I will choose here again next time I come to Chengde.
