This hotel is extremely conveniently located, with restaurants and small supermarkets right across and next to it, and taxis are also easily accessible. Even returning late at night, it remains lively. Within a few minutes' walk, you can reach Chunxi Road and IFS, surrounded by a variety of hot pot and milk tea options. The atmosphere of the hotel is bright and comfortable, welcoming guests with a large revolving door and delightful fragrances. The front desk staff are polite and enthusiastic, making you feel right at home. Special mention to 小陆and 钱欢欢, as they were the only ones whose name tags I noticed, but all the staff members were exceptionally warm and friendly, providing service akin to a 6-star experience—I just didn't catch everyone's names. I was particularly impressed by their thoughtfulness in handling Taobao parcels which I ordered and delivered prior to my arrival, and they offer free tea, coffee, cold drinks, toiletry kits, and gifts. The rooms are clean and smoke-free, decorated in a modern and cozy style, with excellent soundproofing and exquisite bathroom facilities. They even have a free laundry room and ironing facilities; just leave your clothes with them before heading out, and they'll wash and return them to your room by evening, making the service very convenient and considerate. The breakfast options are varied, not just Sichuan flavors but also clear soup noodles, dumplings, and more, which was thoughtful given that we're not used to greasy and spicy breakfasts. Overall, my 5-day, 4-night stay was incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. If you're planning a trip to Chengdu, I highly recommend booking this hotel.

Location is very good,10mins walking to MRT, to IFS,to taikooli.hotel is features with xiao du robotic helper.room only has 1 chair but i had requested for another 1 and the hotel staff provide it, good service.breakfast is on the safe side,not too bad and not too wow. Amazing mattress quality sleep like a baby.

Had a great stay at Manxin! 1. The hotel staffs are super friendly, welcoming, helpful and caring! Special thanks to the front desk staff (especially the manager girl ＜3) and the housekeeper (who left extra bottles of water for me knowing that I was a little unwell, even wrote me a heartwarming note) 2. I LOVE the design of the hotel and room! It’s super modern and pretty! The room is so specious and clean! The lights, curtains are controlled by smart system which is super cool. The TV is HUGE! Unfortunately I was not able to use the tv due to not having a China Mobile number (you may approach the front desk staff for help tho which I didn’t know) 3. The breakfast is super yummy with a great variety! It’s very affordable too (: recommend to add on for the hotel breakfast! Definitely gonna give a 10/10 rating and thanks every staff for making our stay the best one!

Couldn’t be more positive about our experience here. We absolutely loved everything about our stay - it was perfect. The check in was smooth and everybody was super helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The location is good as well, just a 5 minute walk from Chunxi tube station. Would highly recommend!

We booked 4 rooms and extended our stay for another 2 nights. My family and friends love this hotel. The rooms are clean, and the amenities are comprehensive. It's located in a great location, close to the main street but away from the noise. The service is superb.🤩

Had a really good stay in this hotel. 1. Good location- location is quite at the city center. Restaurants, IFS, malls, key shopping districts, pharmacy etc are all within walking distance. Very convenient. 2. Room- room is spacious and very clean and tidy. Nice atmosphere and modern decoration. On our first stay, the room temperature was a little warm and we were told that the heater is centralized, we can’t adjust it. The staff offered to change another room for us with aircon the next day. 3. Staff- i really have to give it to the staff here. They are super nice. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Upon checking in, they gave us a welcome gift and they served us hot tea with snacks. The staff- 小蒲and小袁recommended us which places to visit, which restaurant to go etc and even helped us to make calls to check with the places we wanted to go. Btw, those places and restaurants they recommended are really worth going👍🏻 They are very thoughtful too. Always offered us mineral water everytime we go out/ get back to hotel. One night, we wanted to order food delivery but not able to do so on our phone due to we do not have local phone number, so the staff(小蒲) offered to order food delivery for us using his personal phone and sent it to our room using the robot. During check out, the staff (小袁 )gave us a small farewell gift. 小袁 is very attentive too, she noticed i enjoyed the snacks, so she packed some for me to bring back🥹 Overall, excellent customer service and good experience. Would really recommend this hotel. ❤️

I had a really enjoyable stay here. Not only is the hotel extremely close to the key shopping district, the room felt modern and comfortable, with completely soundproof windows which meant a restful sleep. The staff were extremely hospitable and helpful, and the hotel has many small high-tech details that add on to a great experience, such as the little robot that sends your takeaway orders to your door :-)

Very good location not far from city centre and the shopping district chub Xi Rd and Taikoo li . Feel very welcome from the staff room very clean and smell nice . And good value for money

Got a family room for 3 pax and the room is very spacious and clean. Roomy enough for a king size bed and a super single bed, and still have space for 3 big luggage. The hotel provides self service laundry facility and the staff can help with the laundry when we are out visiting.. The location is good, just opposite of chunxi shopping street & around 15 mins walking distance from metro Chunxi station D exit via IFS shopping mall.
