Qian's House Apartments- Chunxi Road

My recent stay at Qian's House Apartments on Chunxi Road was nothing short of exceptional, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by every aspect of this accommodation. First and foremost, the location is absolutely fantastic. Being just 796m from Tianfu Square, 1.8km from Chunxi Road Pedestrian Street, and 1.3km from Kuanzhai Alley, it offers incredibly convenient access to all the major attractions. Getting around was a breeze, and I loved being so close to everything. The apartment itself was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, living up to its "Sparkling Clean" promise. The facilities were excellent, and everything I needed for a perfect stay was readily available. The 24-hour reception was a great bonus. However, what truly elevated this stay from great to absolutely unforgettable was the incredible service that went above and beyond. I accidentally left my laptop bag in a taxi, and I was in a complete panic. The host, seeing my distress, immediately sprang into action. They went out of their way to contact the taxi company and coordinate with them, ultimately helping me retrieve my laptop. This act of kindness and integrity left me deeply touched and incredibly grateful. It truly showcased the wonderful spirit and honesty of the people in China. This level of care and assistance is truly rare, and it made me feel so much more than just a guest. It was a genuine display of hospitality that I will never forget. For its superb location, immaculate condition, and especially the extraordinary kindness of the host, Qian's House Apartments deserves more than 5 stars. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting Chengdu and look forward to staying here again!

Pros: The person in charge was very friendly and attentive. Location wise is okay. 20 mins walk to nearby attractions. Clean apartment. Cons: There was only two operating elevators to accommodate more than 45 floors. It can get realllllllly packed inside the elevator during peak hours, and will have to wait two to three rounds for our turn to get in. There was even pee odour in the elevators Overall okay.

I absolutely loved this hotel. It's technically a luxury apartment but it was so clean and well taken care of. The staff are very nice as well. They contacted me for my WeChat account to set up a group chat so that I could get support whenever needed. It was a very comfortable place with a nice couch, soft bathrobes, and luxurious beds. I would highly recommend staying here! You're also pretty close to some tourist attractions and the ifs mall for any needs. It looks even bigger than the pictures! They also provide a very big drying rack if you need to dry your clothes, though they have a 2-in-1 washer/dryer as well. Slight warning: Gaode maps actually has an issue so if you put the address provided on trip.com, it'll route you to their other location. The butler will send you the correct address on WeChat.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Chengdu. The room was incredibly spacious and clean, making it perfect for both families and groups of friends. It offered great value for money and exceeded my expectations. The location is very convenient, right in the heart of the city, so it was easy to find. It's also just about 2 kilometers away from IFS, which is a great shopping area. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Chengdu!

Good service. Location is central but not near underground train. New foodcourt at the foot of the building makes up for the convenience to food. Safe area. Walkable to Chunxi shopping area (about 20mins).
