A great experience! It has a lovely courtyard, offering a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle. The service attitude was excellent, and breakfast apparently runs until 11 AM. There's also a dedicated attendant in the laundry room, and the clothes dry very quickly.

The cleanliness was exceptional. Our room was spacious, and the bedding was clean and fluffy, making for a very relaxing sleep. The bathroom had a great dry/wet separation, no water stains on the counter, and every corner was thoroughly cleaned with no unpleasant odors. The public areas were also neat and tidy. This is something I really value when traveling with family, and it gave us great peace of mind. The service was excellent – not overly solicitous, but with a perfect sense of balance. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and responsive to our needs without being intrusive. They patiently answered all our questions and were very kind to the elders in our group, which made our family trip even better. The breakfast offered a good variety for both adults and children. It included authentic Sichuan snacks like spicy wontons and dandan noodles, as well as congee, pastries, and fresh fruit. There were plenty of choices, and they replenished dishes quickly. We were rushing to catch a bus to the plateau, and the restaurant staff even helped us prepare packed boxes with fruit. The hotel's location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk to Du Fu's Thatched Cottage, and Huanhua Creek is right next door, making for a superb environment. I was also very satisfied with the shower system. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Chengdu; the service far exceeds many five-star hotels.

The soundproofing in the room is good; I barely heard any outside noise at night. The bathroom has a wet/dry separation, the facilities are well-maintained, and the toiletries are carefully selected. The smart home controls are simple to operate, which is very convenient for travelers. The front desk service was very down-to-earth, not overly formal. Check-in was fast, and they proactively recommended authentic local snacks instead of just popular网红 (wanghong/influencer) spots. The breakfast selection was well-balanced, offering local specialties that suited my taste perfectly. The hotel's laundry room was very practical, allowing me to wash clothes promptly after sightseeing. Overall, my stay was very comfortable. The staff had a good sense of boundaries; they responded quickly when needed and were genuinely kind and accommodating. Breakfast leaned more towards local home-style flavors. The freshly made noodles and 'chaoshou' (Sichuan wontons) were authentic and delicious. Hot dishes, pastries, and fresh fruits were all abundant, and the ingredients were fresh. The restaurant environment was serene, without crowds, allowing for a leisurely breakfast. During my free time, strolling in the courtyard and enjoying the breeze was very pleasant. Overall, the experience was fantastic. It's perfect whether you're traveling for leisure or for a short stay. I would definitely prioritize staying here again when I return to Chengdu.

We even stored our luggage there while we visited Mount Siguniang, and they were very accommodating. Finally, a special mention for the complimentary drinks; coming back from outside and having a glass of juice was instantly refreshing! I especially loved the sparkling grape soda! I spent a long time researching before choosing this hotel, and it's perfectly suited for families traveling with children during the summer.

It's just a few minutes' walk to both the Thatched Cottage scenic area and the Sichuan Museum, making getting around incredibly convenient.

Pleasantly surprised! We arrived at 10 AM and they were able to check us in right away. After a quick chat, they also gave us a discount on breakfast for our child. The hotel has free washing machines (and dryers!), which was super convenient for laundry, and the staff were happy to help operate them.

This hotel is super close to Du Fu Thatched Cottage. Since my flight landed in Chengdu in the afternoon, I was worried I wouldn't make it to Du Fu Thatched Cottage that day, so I booked this nearby hotel. We stayed in a family room, and as soon as we walked in, we saw cute panda plushies on the bed, along with children's picture books and puzzles – it was full of fun for kids. There's a large terrace, and it was lovely and cool to sit out there in the morning. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and they provided children's toothbrushes. The breakfast was delicious, and there was even afternoon tea. There's also a Hema supermarket not far away, making shopping very convenient. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Chengdu!
