Cute hotel with a big pool in the room. Friendly staff. Hotel lobby on floor 15, don‘t be confused by the reception on ground floor. Ordered breakfast via ******* and had it delivered to the room as they don’t offer good breakfast.

The bathtub experience is amazing and there are so many kits provided. Drinks were provided and refilled including complimentary lattes on check out day. There was 24h laundry service but unfortunately didn’t include underwear due to hygienic concerns. The hotel room is also very clean. Highly recommend and great value!

I've already stayed at this hotel in Chengdu twice now, and high-rise hotels truly have my heart. The place absolutely oozes luxury and is perfect for couples. The overall decor is incredibly comfortable and soothing. They offer many room types, but I personally prefer the rooms with private pools; the view overlooking Chengdu below is truly wonderful. The staff were very friendly, and the rooms are well-equipped with a coffee machine and complimentary beverages. It's truly a great spot to unwind and relax.

The room was exactly as pictured, boasting a very unique and stylish design. My two friends and I checked in, having originally booked a king room. The front desk staff proactively offered us the option to upgrade to a family room. After comparing, we decided the family room would be more comfortable for the three of us, so we paid to upgrade. The family room had excellent natural light and was very well-equipped. The laundry room, gym, and other facilities are all available 24/7. The only minor drawback was the lack of breakfast. However, our overall stay was fantastic, and I highly recommend it.

The location is very convenient: it's about a 30-minute drive to Dongjiao Memory, and just over 10 minutes to Kuanzhai Alley and Chunxi Road. The concierge can assist with services like laundry and food delivery. Freshly brewed coffee is available in the mornings, and rooms are also equipped with a coffee machine. There's a gym, and parking is convenient. It's a very practical choice for business travelers.

I had a good experience at Louis hotel. The room was great with the pool. Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Based on the places we went to (restaurants, water parks etc.), were 30 mins or more from this hotel.

I recently spent four nights at Louise Hotel and had a truly wonderful experience. The service stood out from the very beginning; staff members were consistently helpful, accommodating, friendly, and polite, which created a welcoming and stress-free atmosphere throughout my stay. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and immaculately maintained. My room was clean, modern, and extremely comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. One of the highlights was having my own private pool, which added a luxurious and relaxing touch to the stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, allowing for restful nights, and the amenities provided were of great quality. While the overall experience was excellent, there were a couple of minor inconveniences. The location is not as central as I would have preferred, meaning I had to travel a bit to reach restaurants and shopping areas. In addition, breakfast was not included, so I was unable to enjoy it at the hotel and had to rely on takeout. Despite these small issues, Louise Hotel exceeded my expectations. It offers remarkable service, affordable rates, and modern, comfortable rooms that make it an outstanding choice for travelers. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cost-effective yet memorable hotel experience.

Our stay at this hotel was simply perfect! The location is excellent, making it easy to explore Chengdu, and our room was absolutely stunning – complete with a private swimming pool. The staff were exceptionally kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Chengdu – it’s an experience you won’t forget!

I stayed in Louis Hotel for 3 nights with my husband and my son and his girlfriend. The rooms are absolutely fantastic. Enjoying a bath with view on the city was lovely. The quality of the service is exceptional : drinks delivered in our rooms, Landry service. The ladies at the reception are always making their best to assist us during our stay. It’s well located, within walking distance of nice restaurants and the metro station.

Outstanding hotel. The entrance looks a bit dodgy but once you get to the actual hotel everything is super clean and tidy. Couldn't recommend this place enough. The laundry service is a life saver.

Good hotel. Convenient for getting to sites in the centre. Found a little night market by the McDonald’s which was a pleasant surprise. Room was clean and information from hotel was good. Was very good to use the bath/pool in the room at the end of a hot day. Recommend a trip to the Chinese opera. Brilliant evening.

The mattress and pillows were the best we’ve ever had — it felt like home. Even though I usually don’t sleep well in this time zone, I finally got real rest here. The private in-room pool was a big surprise for our children — they were so happy and excited! It made our stay very special. Everything in the hotel is made with care and love, from the room design to the smallest details. The reception staff were incredibly kind and helpful — thank you so much for your warm welcome and support! Beautiful room and view, friendly staff

The room is not bad. But i think there is bugs on the bed as my wife and I got bugs bites mark on our body. Room can be smelly when went in. Service of the staff not too bad. Very proactive. Lift is very slow.
