JINCHEN HOTEL

A deeply disappointing stay. I felt completely deceived by the photos on the platform. The location is in a narrow alley, and the room is a literal upgrade from a street hostel. The reception desk is tiny, the hallways are so narrow you can't even turn around, and the doors are so small you can barely open them. 💔💔💔 The welcome fruit and drinks advertised on the platform turned out to be just a small orange and a small carton of milk. Shocking! Not only was the front desk inefficient, they barely even bothered to glance at customers, let alone provide excellent service. We checked in at midnight, had no choice but to flee the next day. I'm speechless!!!

The hotel lobby is elegant and welcoming, the service is attentive and thoughtful, and the rooms are immaculately clean, featuring the unique "three separate" design: toilet, bathroom, and washbasin. The facilities are complete and elegant, the decor is simple and refined, and the location is excellent, making it an easy walk to Jinli and the Wuhou Temple. It's also not far from Kuanzhai Alley, Chunxi Road, and Taikoo Li. Overall, it's a great value.

We arrived quite late, checking in at 4 AM, and the front desk was still waiting for us. The staff were very welcoming, and the facilities were new from check-in to check-out. Hot water and air conditioning were plentiful. The bedding was also very comfortable. Members can enjoy late check-out and redeem breakfast. Most importantly, the price is very reasonable. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

The actual environment wasn't as good as the description suggested. It's near tourist attractions, but the price is acceptable. The room was too small. Ctrip members get a free upgrade, but the waiter didn't see it and gave me a smaller room. I later found out and they upgraded me. The breakfast was average.

The location is very good, near Wuhou Temple and Koi Street, convenient for snacks! The garage is a shared garage with limited parking spaces. The front desk boy is very diligent and the service is warm and thoughtful!
