IntercityHotel Chengdu Kuanzhai Alley

The hotel's location is fantastic, just a short walk to Kuanzhai Alley. They offer free parking, and you can take the elevator directly from the parking lot to the lobby. The room was spacious and clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the facilities were very new. The staff were all very enthusiastic. We initially planned to stay one night, but our child wanted to stay longer, so we extended for another night. There are also many great restaurants nearby. The extension process was very smooth. There were bottled waters on the table outside the elevator, available for guests to take whenever needed, which was super convenient. They really think of everything for their guests. Overall, highly recommended.

The hotel's location is absolutely perfect, the rooms are brand new and spotless, and it's quiet at night. It's only a 7-8 minute walk to Kuanzhai Alley, and not far from both the Provincial Museum and the Chengdu Museum. Plus, parking is convenient! The breakfast spread is incredibly generous, offering a great selection of both Western and Chinese dishes. This is an excellent choice for a stay in Chengdu.

A great hotel, and part of the HUAZHU Group! The service was warm and attentive, the environment was quiet and tidy, and the facilities were complete and functional. The hygiene was particularly clean and meticulous. Overall, it was a very good experience with high value for money. The family room design is also excellent, highly recommended!

Both the hardware and service were exceptional. I honestly think this is the best brand under HUAZHU Group. The breakfast, from the dining environment to the food variety, was absolutely flawless. Upon check-in, I was even given a bunch of gifts. Chinese hotels are truly competitive! The hotel is located in a quiet area surrounded by local communities, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle. No wonder I immediately canceled my hotel in Taikoo Li and extended my stay here for another three nights. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Chengdu.

Facilities: Good Cleanliness: Good Ambiance: Good Service: Good The location is decent, but Chengdu's nightlife isn't as vibrant as I'd hoped. After 11 PM, there wasn't much food available, so I had to order takeout. The hotel seems to be newly opened. They even gave me a gift when I left, which was a nice touch. Thanks!

The room was quite spacious and had a great ambiance. The breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, and the hotel's location was very convenient with easy access to transportation. The service was exceptional, and we even received Häagen-Dazs ice cream as a treat. Definitely great value for money!
