I was very disappointed. I will never choose this hotel again next time. How about a star hotel? No improvement or renovation

The front desk was very aggressive and couldn't give me two dolls, just one. Then I took out the water gun. I said that if I didn't want the doll, I wanted two water guns. The clerk said that I could give two water guns, but not the ornamental doll. Forget it, I accepted this attitude. Well, if I can't speak well, I'm really not suitable for the front desk job. Except for this front desk, the rest of the waiters are very good. When I ate in the hotel restaurant, the clerk was very enthusiastic and the service was great. The hotel's special dishes were delicious and much more cost-effective than eating in Huanglongxi Ancient Town. I chose the room of the Paw Paw Team. My son told me that the toys in the room were pirated. However, it didn’t matter if the child came to have a water fight in the balcony bathtub. The room is still clean and tidy, but the water comes out easily from the shower. The bathtub on the balcony is very large. Please contact us to clean and disinfect the bathtub before checking in. The lady in the guest room is very nice and serious. She saw that we had no place to put it while we were fishing nearby, so she took the initiative to find a bucket for us. There are children's toothbrushes, slippers, shower gel, and shampoo, which is good. The children's towels were useless as the children's own towels were used. There are disposable face towels, which are pretty good. When checking out the next day, the front desk service was very good and they proactively gave me parking coupons.

The carpet in the parent-child room is really dirty, and water will drip out when taking a shower. Our family of four can soak in. The twin room called the staff to help put it together, and ordered the hotel’s Chinese food. Delivered to the room, the taste is also very good. I also sent a lottery ticket and a box of snowflake pastry. The attitude is very good, except that the hotel is old and has no shortcomings.

The service is very good. I need to sleep during the day due to time difference. I can hear the screams from the street in the first room. The sound is actually not loud, but I still want to change to a quieter room. The hotel upgraded my room and changed the room.
