The hotel staff, particularly Manager Ma, demonstrated exceptional customer service. Due to a strong cigarette odor in my initial room, Manager Ma promptly upgraded my accommodations to ensure a comfortable stay. Despite my early checkout, the hotel staff efficiently assisted me in managing my booking. The breakfast buffet offers great value at an affordable price of only 18 yuan. Guests can enjoy a variety of Asian cuisine with satisfactory taste. The hotel provides ample complimentary water in both the rooms and the lobby, eliminating the need for guests to purchase water separately. The beds are comfortable, offering a choice of firm or soft mattresses to suit individual preferences. However, there are a few areas where the hotel could improve: - Some rooms, particularly those without windows, have a persistent cigarette odor due to poor ventilation. - There are stains on the sofa in the room. - The floor is not thoroughly cleaned, resulting in a slightly sticky sensation when walking.

The hotel is located between Jinjiang metro and Tianfu Square metro, about 10 minutes walking to both stations. It has 2 laundromats and 2 dryers, free to use. The staff is helpful and friendly. It allowed us to leave our suitcases for 2 days while we did a short trip to nearby cities.

Good location & situated between Chunxi Road & Tianfu Square. I booked a windowless room but was upgraded to a room with a small window. Thank you Hanting Hotel. I have a pleasant stay😊

Good location and hospitility staff. Room is nice and clean. Breakfast is delicious.

Please don’t stay here! Especially if you bring kids. Their security is very bad, strangers can access to room floor and slip the name card with dirty activities into your room everyday. We complained to the front desk, and was offered free breakfast but next day we still received the same name card. The room a/c has some timer setting from hotel side. Every one two hours the a/c stop automatically for about an hour and will reboot again. I am not sure if it’s to save cost or what, but we woke up every night sweaty and call front desk, no immediate action will be taken, you have to wait about one hour. Toilet and bathroom is small and outdated. Room cleaning is weird, sometimes without slipper, sometimes missing one pillow, sometimes missing toothbrush. One good thing is only they provide free laundry machine.

Around 10 mins walk from the nearest subway station, reception is on the 12/F. The building also has other shops and hotels. The rooms are neat and tidy supplying you with the amenities. Staffs are friendly and nice (I have left something in the room and they’ve called to remind me!). Around 15 mins walk to the Taikoo land and Chunxi Road where there are a lot of shops and restaurants.

Good location, helpful staff . Breakfast though not lavish was quite good.
