This is my first time writing a review after staying in hotels and B&Bs so many times. Let’s start with our arrival. When we arrived at the door, we found that there was no designated parking space, so we called the store to inquire about parking. I called three times and no one answered. So we found a roadside parking and decided to ask questions before moving the car when we checked in. When we entered the check-in area, there was no reception. There was a row of aunties sitting in the check-in area, which occupied the bar area. We had no place to put our large and small bags, so we kept carrying our things while waiting for someone to come. A young man came and checked us in and took us to the room. When he was almost walking to the door, he stood still. After a while, a staff member walked out of the room who had not yet woken up? ? ? I felt a little speechless at that time but we didn't say anything more. At night, we also understood that there was a restaurant next to it, and there must be guests coming to dine. But it was already 10:30 in the evening, and the sounds of men drinking and bragging, the sounds of little dolls screaming and fighting, and the sounds of women talking, 3D surround surrounded the room. During this period, we really couldn't stand it anymore and informed the front desk once. It was almost 11 o'clock and it finally became quiet. 8:00 the next morning! I don’t know if there was renovation work somewhere or something, but the noise started again. It was almost 10 o’clock and I couldn’t bear it anymore. After I called, it was quiet for less than half an hour. Another customer came to the restaurant and there was endless fun and banter. The voice of bragging and chatting. Overall, I really don’t know how to evaluate it. When you know that guests are coming to check in, do you let your staff sleep in the room where the guests are staying? Knowing that the room is next to the restaurant, you don't control the dining time of the diners and allow them to make trouble? Knowing that the guests were resting and sleeping in the room, they still let the decorator come so early and make the bell clang? I really don’t know how to describe this stay experience. Anyway, it’s just one word, poor!

There is a blocking cloth on the glass of the starry sky room, which is completely covered. It is not the romantic look of the starry sky as imagined. Then the only solution was to wait or leave the store (the premise was also informed that I was pregnant, and my stomachache needed hot water to relieve it). Then my husband went outside to find someone to help solve the problem. He saw that the ladies in the store were washing their clothes one after another, and we also I don’t understand why the room didn’t have hot water for three hours, but they were so happy to wash it, and no one came to deal with or communicate with us. We had no choice but to check out of the store. I was pregnant...I went home in the rain at 11:30...There was no second time, and there was no compensation. I just kept saying I was sorry for the inconvenience. No wonder it was a weekend. I am not satisfied with just a few rooms. Will this kind of business last long? Doesn’t your conscience hurt? 下次不會再選擇私人民宿入住服務很不到位體驗很不好早上九點之前和晚上九點之後沒有服務人員需要打電話聯繫1.晚上聯繫送礦泉水事先沒有告知價格退房時結算6¥一瓶2.第一天入住時訂單中沒有含早餐第二天送了小麪和雞蛋結賬的時候説本來要收費但是送你們了吧收礦泉水48¥3.由於陰雨天氣帶孩子出行麻煩加一床被子服務人員回答長者不允許加被子一個床衹能用一套床品最後拿了一個被芯全程黑臉兩個房間850¥並不是節假日入住

民宿在三聖鄉，離主路不遠，周圍都是餐廳小酒館等，環境非常好，有各種花花草草。房間很舒適，設計也不錯，衞生也打掃的挺乾淨的。服務人員很熱情，很親切！下次來成都還想住這裏！

有點**，頭髮那麼大一卷擺那！空調開一晚上沒作用，四百多不如一百多的招待所

1、衞生及其差勁！進門就臭！ 2、前台工作人員很不耐煩！也有熱情的工作人員，這個不能一概而論。 3、房間是1.1m的床，平台展示的1.3m。拒不承認，態度惡劣，説上來測量，也不知道什麼原因沒有來測量。 4、房間很吵，馬路邊就是喝酒説話的。 5、整個房間，除了洗浴空間尚可，我衹能説是農家樂賓館，跟價格完全不匹配！

第一天住的星空房，有露天浴室，有星空屋頂，有帥氣和漂亮的工作人員，熱情好客。還有一衹護球的鬥牛和一衹一直睡覺的小黃。下午可以圍爐煮茶，晚上可以烤肉，周邊環境也很不錯，散散步聽聽歌。因為身體不適，對我非常照顧，真的很感謝，印象也很好。下次還來這裏。

偶然從三聖鄉經過看到這家店感覺還不錯 進去逛了一下 他們家還挺大 上面兩層院子 跟工作人員大概瞭解了一下才知道他們家還隱藏着5間民宿 哈哈 我是定了他們家親子房 房間給我的感覺確實挺温馨的
