Wow — what an absolutely incredible stay! From the moment we arrived, the service was nothing short of outstanding. The staff went above and beyond at every turn, making us feel not just welcome, but truly pampered.
The location is excellent — perfectly situated to explore the heart of Chengdu, yet tucked away just enough to offer peace and quiet when you need it.
But the real showstopper? The room. We had a private bathtub on the rooftop terrace (yes, a rooftop terrace!), and the view was nothing less than a million-dollar panorama over the city. Watching the sun rise and set from that spot was unforgettable — the kind of experience you daydream about long after the trip is over.
This was hands-down one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and at that price point, it feels almost too good to be true. If you’re heading to Chengdu and want something special — book this place. You won’t regret it.

Great hotel located opposite Lan Kwai Fong area. The hotel is easy to spot as there is clear signage. Staff at the reception counter are helpful and friendly. There are also free snacks upon check-in. The view at level 14 is marvellous, especially at night. The stay was so wonderful I decided to book it for the second night, this time, I enjoyed the river view. I wished the room had a full-length mirror and an improved hairdryer though. The hotel has many other services, including washing and dryer. Highly recommended to all!

Staff were super friendly, location was great and the view from the 14th floor is one of the best! Xiao Liu’s hotpot recommendation was one of the best meals we have had on our trip to China!

It was a lovely hotel location. The staff was friendly.
Only the hotel doesn't have a clear entrance so difficult to find it. Also it's right opposite the Lan Kwai Fong street in Chengdu so it's a good location but can get noisy at nights especially the weekends.

Hotel located in a quiet area, only at night there will be music, from the lan Kwai Fong area. I am used to the noise in Hong Kong, so not a problem for me. Room was very generous for two person. Everyday will be cleaned and the laundry room is a big plus. The ladies are very helpfull and made it a nice stay in Chengdu. 15min walk and you will be in the shopping streets in the center.

Very convenient for those visiting Chengdu. The rooms are beautiful, offering stunning views of the river and city, especially at night. The staff provide excellent service, and the breakfast is delicious. Highly recommended for your stay — you can also leave your luggage here before your flight.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Hidden House in Chengdu, particularly as the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The views from the room were fantastic and it’s very easy to get everywhere quickly in a DiDi from the hotel. The breakfast was great and the room itself was very nice since we had a big outdoor area. The only slight drawbacks were that we could hear quite some noise from the street (there are a few local bars nearby that have loud music) and some parts of the room weren’t as clean as they could’ve been. However we’d recommend staying here to anyone coming to Chengdu!
