Great location near the subway line 2 or you can take the taxi to IFS building cost around 13-14 yuan.
The staffs are great with the full service with mind. The hotel restaurant also nice. Breakfast is great. Recommended!!

Lovely quaint room that provides a different environment from modern hotels. If there’s one thing that will make you come, it’s the great service. Front desk and manager were really as polite and helpful as the comments said. Room had a bit of heating issue and the lady at the front desk helped me to change, and order dinner cause my mei tuan app wasn’t working. Probably the nicest people i met in chengdu :)

Cool atmosphere with good food at restaurants and option for breakfast. Staff super friendly and waited for us even when our late night flight was delayed and we arrived a couple hours later at 2am. Friendly staff. Joey was really helpful with travel arrangements and spoke English. Others were also helpful. Located on a cool street with interesting things to see. Two downsides for me. First is personal preference. The larger bed was on the firm side. Second is I could not find an email address to message them about our late arrival. I did a lot of digging and could not find one. I don’t speak Chinese so I asked hotel staff at our previous stay in Taipei if they could call them. We would stay again. We enjoyed our stay.

This team are amazing hosts. Made us feel like home, even though we were staying for only one night. They gave us a basket of local treats and fruits (.the photo shows a few missing) The restaurant within is just absolutely amazing. We walked the streets and came back and super glad we did.
If you are booking this place, use your maps app and catch the metro there from the airport. It is 5 mins walk, I wish I did.

Can’t say the experience is awful but pretty much.
Food was served cold, no spoon no cup. asking the waiter got reply “can’t you use the laddle”.
Hotel helped book a taxi to airport, but it was cancelled last minute without any notice. reception helped book another one but I still need to absorb the delay of 20min.
Also, maybe a minor thing here but, I do mind someone entering the room when “do not disturb” sign is put outside. Someone explain why the room is not cleaned but my aircon is turned down a few degrees - really??
No don’t choose this hotel for your own sake.

Friendly and helpful front desk, nice ambience, free costume photo taking, me and daughter have fun taking photos. Room is nice with daily goodies surprise and free laundry too. The restaurant also serve nice steamboat and food. Enjoyed the stary and will come again.
