Place is not easy to find but super accessible (About 2min walk to the nearest metro, 5min walk to Kuan Zhai Alley, 10min walk to Qing Yang Place).
Room was decently clean, bed was fluffy and extremely comfortable. Fully functioning air conditioning (warm and cold air, I tried both cause I am flicker). Place is aesthetically decorated with calligraphy pieces written by the host.
Hosts and resident Golden Retriever were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Helpful with advice on where to go, what to do, and how to get there. Evenings are spent chatting over tea with host and fellow residents if you're up for it (and they free).
This place was so enjoyable I extended my stay in Chengdu for a day so I could interact with the people (and dog) more.
Definitely will come back to meet my new found friends again.

It was ok. I was surprised that there was no door in the bathroom, it was really inconvenient. So if you need more privacy this hotel is not a good option 😅

I was taken to a B&B. The air conditioner in the room was old and would make loud noises every once in a while. The heating effect was poor. I covered myself with two quilts. One of the quilts without a quilt cover had yellow stains and the sheets were damaged. Good The mattress was reasonably comfortable. All in all it's not worth the 200+ room fee.

It's really bad: 0. It's hard to find inside the community. 1. The room seems to have not been cleaned and is dirty. 2. There is no TV. This is the first time I encountered it. 3. The bathroom is very short and you will bump your head if you are not careful. 4. All the mosquito bites were caused by getting up in the middle of the night to fight mosquitoes. 5. No one answered the call when issuing invoices. That's all true. Serious complaint. For reference, avoid falling into pitfalls.
